What we collect
If you request a clip package through our form, we collect what you type: your name or artist name, email address, and links you share (e.g. your Instagram or a song). That's it — no account, no password, no payment data on this site. Package inquiries are stored privately with a request reference, submission time, and request type. Your browser keeps a request reference, package choice, submission status and a fingerprint of the submitted details to prevent accidental duplicate submissions. It does not save your contact details or shared links in that record.
How we use it
To respond to your package inquiry and, if you proceed, produce and deliver the clips covered by your agreed paid scope. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Analytics
We use self-hosted, cookie-free analytics (umami) to count page visits and link clicks in aggregate. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across other sites.
When enabled, transactional email (request replies and delivery updates) is processed by Resend. Any marketing email we ever send includes a working unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address, and opt-outs are honored.
Retention & your rights
We review inactive inquiries after 90 days and remove information no longer needed to respond or work with you. This review is performed by our operator; the submission date does not trigger automatic deletion. Want your data deleted or a copy of it? Email us and we'll do it — jhay@clipareel.com.
Third-party services
This site and private inquiry storage are hosted on Netlify. When enabled, studio email notifications are processed by Resend. Bot protection may use Cloudflare Turnstile. Each processes only what's needed to provide that function.
