The service

Clipareel produces short-form video clips ("clips") from music and footage you provide or own. The one-time $79 USD release pack covers twelve finished 15-second vertical clips from one song, combining multiple selected song moments with alternate edits of your supplied footage. The one-time $29 USD Starter covers three. You supply final audio, footage you have permission to use and accurate lyrics. We confirm the material, creative scope and delivery date after review, before payment. Requesting a package does not take payment, reserve production time or place a paid order.

Both packages include one consolidated creative revision round for text, timing or color. Corrections of lyric, timing or delivery errors against the agreed brief do not use your creative revision round. A new song or new creative direction requires a separately agreed scope.

After purchasing Starter, you can upgrade the same song and agreed brief for $50 USD more to receive nine additional clips: twelve in total for $79 USD. The upgrade delivery date is agreed before its payment. There is one consolidated creative revision round across the full twelve-clip pack, including Starter: upgrading carries the existing allowance forward and does not reset a round already used. Corrections of lyric, timing or delivery errors against the agreed brief do not use your creative revision round. Advertising, publishing, new stock or AI footage, full music videos and audience performance guarantees are outside these packages.

Your content

You must own or control the rights to any music, footage, or images you send us. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us the limited license needed to produce and deliver your clips. We may showcase delivered work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Our work

Paid deliverables are yours upon payment. We warrant our work will match the agreed scope; beyond that, the service is provided "as is" and we're not liable for indirect damages (like lost profits or platform decisions outside our control).

Acceptable use

Don't send us content that's unlawful or that you don't have rights to. We can decline any request.

Payments & refunds

Pricing and deliverables are agreed per engagement in writing before any payment. If we fail to deliver an agreed scope, you get your money back for the undelivered part.
